Our engraved Gorge is Gluck's flagship carriage clock. They are very limited in quantity, and each case takes a master engraver more than 80 hours of handwork to create before a thin coat of gold is finally applied.
To satisfy the demand from all aspects of the market, F.A. Gluck has introduced two mechanical clocks to complement the existing models. They feature a 7 jewelled incabloc escapement. All clocks are manufactured to F.A. Gluck's normal high standards. The columns, bases, tops and handles are polished; a fine grained finish to the top is optional on certain models.A coating of gold cathodic electrophoretic lacquer is applied and baked on for long lasting protection.
